Delivery

We deliver anywhere within the metropolitan area, and our delivery charges are based on distance from our shop; after all why should we charge exorbitant rates for nearby deliveries so that we can subsidise the deliveries which are a long way away? See our alphabetical list for delivery costs when you place an order.

We will accept orders for same day delivery provided we receive them by 4pm Perth time (Monday to Friday). Saturday orders must be received by 1pm. Orders for Sundays and Monday public holidays must be received by 1pm on the preceding Saturday. Other public holdays require 24 hours notice.  Minimum floral order for Sundays and Public Holidays is $60 plus relevant delivery charge for delivery location.

Please be accurate with your delivery details, and if possible include a contact number for the recipient. It is our policy to leave flowers in a safe place if the recipient is not home. When this is not possible, we need to contact the recipient to arrange delivery. In the case of incorrect delivery details being supplied, a second delivery fee will be charged when the correct address is supplied.

Substitution of flowers or containers

We reserve the right to substitute flowers or containers where it is necessary because of seasonal availability; we will maintain the full retail value and the basic design and colour when we have to substitute. If you order in advance it is less likely we will have to substitute.

Confirmation of your order

We will confirm your order by email after delivery. We will deliver your order when payment has been received.

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Privacy

We will not divulge your personal details to any third party without your written permission. If you do not want the recipient to know who sent the order (e.g. Valentine’s Day), we will respect your wishes. Please let us know if this is the case when ordering so that we can note it on your order.

Liability

The total liability of our company will be limited to the cost of goods supplied.
